Disappointed, not surprised.
I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. All payments were made on time without fail, and affordability was clearly not an issue (including proof of sufficient income). Despite this, my application was declined with no clear or satisfactory explanation. I expected transparency and fairness, which unfortunately was lacking. I would think twice before engaging with a company that does not value reliable, paying clients. Clients who meet their financial commitments deserve transparency and respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that.

"Bad service will cost you"
I became a Dola client a little over three years ago and have never skipped a payment. I ran into some financial difficulties that impacted my credit report, but sorted it out. Dola has since declined me and only once in January did someone explain why that was when I enquired. I, in turn, explained my situation and tried to resolve it from my side - eg paid up accounts that were never updated on ITC. I wanted to apply again this month and was declined again, after being approved three months ago. I tried explaining again that the reason for the decline was not plausible by providing an explanation again and requesting that the application is possibly re-assessed. This time around their agent, as blunt as ever, does not care or bother to listen, instead treating me like I'm ******** and seeking evidence etc. I find this repulsive and inconsiderate. Even when I wanted to update banking details a few years back, she could not speak to clients in a professional manner. I despise that, as I'm in customer service myself and always respect clients. Just three months ago I complimented another agent for her exceptional service just to be thrown this wild, inconsiderate card this time. Appalling. News flash - she may be ruining your company image with this bad attitude.

NEVER EVER SETTLE YOUR LOAN WITH THE HOPE OF QUALIFYING FOR A NEW LOAN BECAUSE THEY WILL REJECT YOU FOR NO VALID REASON, I HAD A LOAN OF 2k for 2 months. I decided to pay it off in one month hoping to reapply and get money to add on my registration at school, I was declined after paying a 2 months loan in 1 month.Their vetting system is very useless. Now I missed out on my registration because of relying on Dola money, such incompetency. If I knew I would have kept my money and wait for them to debit next month

AI system makes decisions
This company service is COMPLETELY AI based, decision was made without consulting with customer just as per their system, I earn more than you think. I've had experiences with other companies before with same system and had no problems, lost my business, sure you don't care.
