I tried contacting the recommended contact person and after sending a WhatsApp as suggested asking when is a good time to call and actually using manners and greeting the person - I received a rude response without be greeted at all Saying 'I prefer email'. I then sent that I as a client would have liked to discuss something and then said I will write a review. She then said " If it makes you feel better to pick fights and slander people go on. I have done nothing wrong to you. I am on the road all day and training people. I reserve the right to choose a communication platform that works for me." Yes, she does have a right to reserve her preferred communication platform BUT at least acknowledge that I am a potential client and that I may also ask questions. I then blocked this person and received an sms saying "You say you are a client. Have you used my services and paid for them? Hello Peter works both ways. I will contact them and have them take your unfair review down. Best believe I will not take this bullying lying down. You are welcome to use a service you can call all day if you like regardless of where people are and what they are doing. My God is bigger than the internet." How can someone be a client when they get treated with no respect and may not even ask to call? Honestly feel that this is disappointing.

Most efficient, friendly and professional company I have dealt with in ages. Thembi is never too busy to take a call or assist with a query. She has sent me numerous candidates, professional CVs, scheduled amazing interviews and made the process of findinding the right domestic for our family effortless. The support she has shown is incredible. She will not rest until you are happy with your placement and makes sure that all candidates are of a high quality. She also assists with UIF, work contracts, welcome packs etc. I am beyond blown away and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a domestic to get Thembi to help. She has been a life saver!

She has sent me numerous candidates, professional CVs, scheduled amazing interviews and made the process of findinding the right domestic for our family effortless. The support she has shown is incredible. She will not rest until you are happy with your placement and makes sure that all candidates are of a high quality. When we arrived back in SA I approached domestic guardian agency in search of a housemaid to run our household. We have since had 2 maids from them who were totally uns****ed and unreliable. Their s****s did not match the cvs or the so called training she provided. When I approached the agency to share my feedback about the ladies, the owner turned it on me saying that I was the problem, I exploited the workers ( all this was based on hearsay and never actually hearing from me). She called me a degenerate and more horrendous comments followed. I am shocked at her unprofessional stance and would not recommend this agency at all. As a business owner you need to realize that feedback from your client is essential to your success. My family were inconvenienced and although she mentioned that she replaced the first housemaid, I did still pay a placement fee and was never happy with the service provided.
