I have tried to register my domestic since 15 January 2021. Beautiful promises, but nothing gets done. No updates or feedback. They request your money on the spot and then disappear. Please don't ever, ever use this service. They treat their clients with the most pathetic attitude.

Noted the negative reviews on the business and would like to comment. I also made use of their service for years and Deon Joubert as the owner and specialist in HR did a superb job. Sadly, his death this year was a loss. As the sole owner of the business, there was no contingency for his death in the business and the reason why there is no feedback or continued support. So as one of the client, it is a bit of a problem, As I will have to find a new service provider. Their website is down with a note to forward claims to the executor of the estate. Sanlam Trust is in the process to register the estate. Where clients made payments (as myself), it will take some time to recover, I would still encourage you to lodge your claim dispute with the executor.

I paid my registration fee and was ensured that I would receive regular updates. I have not had feedback since. My phone calls and my mails aren't being answered. SCAMSTERS!!

Do not use!! I truly believe this is a scam, I have been trying to register my domestic for months, and each time IF they do get back to you they have excuses!! Payments made, etc. but no service received. Cannot believe that they are still operating as a business with all this complaints!!!

I paid Domestic SA in January 2019 to assist in loading/registering my domestic worker onto the UIF system. Since then I am trying to get a status update from them. The telephone numbers listed is not working... They do not reply to any emails and Deon is nowhere to be found. I'm really starting to think that this is a scam....

Total payments amounting to R6 700 made towards Domesticsa but my domestic worker is yet to be registered with the uif since 2019. DEON Joubert does not answer emails/ calls nor whatsapp texts dating back to 2019. Please help me get my refund

They do not answer ANY e-mails or give ANY support. I get NO feedback from them yet I have paid my subs etc................
