Cindy: an Incompetent thief. Avoid at all cost!

Very quick to take your money when showing initial interest but after payment all commitment from their side stopped. Cindy does not reply to emails, WhatsApp messages or voice messages., only a phone call makes a difference, but the replies given are incorrect and insufficient in information. She is absolutely unqualified to this work, and should be avoided at all cost. I am considering to taking this further to force her for a refund as she has not completed the services she was paid to do.
