Bad service BMW Motorad
I bought a BMW R18 Motorcycle that came from Sandton to Donford Stellenbosch, I paid and signed the agreement for the bike a week ago and I am still waiting for the NATIS paperwork. This is unacceptable.

BMW interest rate dispute.
This complain is about the Cape Town branch. To all my fellow biker buddys who bought a new 800F Adventure bike the end of 2016. Did you know that BMW ran a special deal at that time which were the following. If you signed before the end of 2016, BMW finance offered you prime minus 2% interest rate over a 60 month period. A friend and myself bought the same bikes at the same time; he bought his at Stellenbosch branch and I bought mine at the Cape Town branch - both branches had 1 each of the same colour we wanted. I only found out resently about this deal when we compared monthly contributions. He got the deal of prime minus 2% over 60 months and mine was prime plus 2% over 72 months! When I took this up with BMW Finance, they referred me back to the Cape Town branch. Needless to say, they do not want to answer my questions about why this prime minus 2% deal was never offered to me! That includes the Manager. My question now is; if this was never offered to me, how many other clients were treated the same way that I was?? We all know that commission is paid on sales performance - in this case it was not to the best interest of the client! I am busy taking this to the next level and I will keep you informed. Where is my bike?
My finance was approved on 8 Nov 2018 to by a new BMW F850GS bike. This is the forth bike i bought from them. i want a white one and they do not have a white in stock. Today is 15 Nov and still i do not have a bike. What happened to customer service? why can't they get me a bike from BMW SA as my finance was approved more than a week ago. Now they tell me they will have one in the next 10 days, really??

Where is my bike?
My finance was approved on 8 Nov 2018 to by a new BMW F850GS bike. This is the forth bike i bought from them. i want a white one and they do not have a white in stock. Today is 15 Nov and still i do not have a bike. What happened to customer service? why can't they get me a bike from BMW SA as my finance was approved more than a week ago. Now they tell me they will have one in the next 10 days, really??

Best Service
This is the best service I have received from any company with regards to an annual service. Like wow, they are pricey, but so is my Renault and I didn't feel nearly as welcome as I did here.

Donfordmotorad don't want to repair my bike
I bought a bmw s1000rr by biketique the 15sep 2015 I took delivery the Friday at 5pm I left Saturday to a rally my gearbox broke I took the bike back the Monday they sent it to bmw Donford in capetown my bike was there 3weeks I got it back my bike wasn't washed.just so dirty my clutch lever didn't feel the same but I thought maybe it must feel so because the gearbox was a problem it's my first time on a bmw s1000rr my clutch broke after a few weeks I took it back and now they don't wana repair it they saying some1 worked on it but they were the only ones that worked on it I didn't even ride a 1000kms since I have it. My radiator is also Broken they say I apply brakes to hard! I had a suzuki gsxr before this bike and I had no issues with it. I took my brothers s1000rr in for a service at donfordmotorad I asked them is there a aftermarket filter in they said no it's a std 1 when I fetched the bike the chain wasn't wax they gave me a empty can to do it myself.i took the bike away to fit a aftermarket filter in then they told me there is 1 in it was so dirty bmw didn't even clean it but they say there's a std filter in when I told them they said they don't check that on a service !!!!
