Losh is a ***** from DPG hillcrest
I've dealt with a lady by the name of losh from Dormehl Property Group in the Hillcrest branch and she is a ***** she came to my wife to do her hair a few months back and said she will pay end of that month now she doesnt take our calls or respond to the messages, if you have money to go out and fill fuel in your car you should have money to pay the people you owe how can someone be so disgusting and make someone else to buy your hair colour and make them fit the bill, imagine how much money she must be *****ing from the Dormehl Property Group Hillcrest branch, please look into that im sure she is *****ing.

Losh is a ***** from DPG hillcrest

If i could give zero, I would.
It has been a bad experience full of lies and no communication. I might even lose my property in empangeni due to Lilian's way of management, from not managing the funds correctly to letting tenants stay for free. The worst was also that she barely responds to my communication which makes me think that if you going to take a lot of service fees, you must at least communicate rather than treating me like a bitter ex that doesn't want to talk to me. I will never forget what Dormehl Phalane did to make me lose my deceased mother's property and i don't know how they have been running for this long with this many bad reviews.

Dissatisfaction with dishonest service
If you ever find yourself looking for a rental avoid any property managed by Dormehl Phalane. I rented a townhouse for six month and the rates are exorbitant and is never explained. Its a money making scheme with old complexes that are falling apart and they take your deposit with no explanation. I would not recommend anyone to use their service they are dishonest. I took a decision to move out after being charged water for R900 no explanation and that everyone renting there is complaining.

Declyn Schwarz at Dormehl Toti Beach did a really good job in assisting me into moving to my new home. Considering I was his first client ever he made the process easy and was always willing to assist me with my problems.

Worst Agents in the Midrand Area
If I could give them no starts, I would! I wish I read the reviews before bothering with them. Dylan Coffen is honestly the WORST agent I have ever come across. I should have noticed the red flags from the time we saw his advert on Property24, with a listing in Kyalami. I tried to reach him for two days, to no avail. I sent WhatsApp messages and tried calling. He did not bother to respond to me or call me back. When we eventually got through to him, he spoke to us with so much disregard, as if he was doing us a favour by taking our call or entertaining our enquiry to view the apartment. He told us that we had to send an email with all of our documents and get approved before we could view. We submitted all documents and sent the application on the same day. I had to send a follow up email, as he had gone radio silent on me. After following up, he sent a one line email saying that due to "affordability" my application would not be considered. Mind you, affordability is not an issue, had he only taken the time to look at my payslips, bank statements and how much I currently pay for rent.
