Douglasdale police station laziest bunch ever & arrogant
Extremely bad & shocking service. Very lazy, full of attitude & told me go to another police station when i lived in the suburb. Too lazy to attend to citizens. Shocking & unhelpful. Unbelievable. Worst i have been to ever!

Douglasdale police station laziest bunch ever & arrogant

Lack of Professionalism
Good day Police. How do you guys not certify my wife's documents when she brings her great grandmother's document to certify who lived in Rustenburg? The service is rather poor. No remorse for important matters. Even with her daughter's certificate, you didn't want to certify her documents. How do you guys work? Come on man. We need this for application for funding to build rooms. Come on. How insensitive.

Lack of Professionalism
Good day Police. How do you guys not certify my wife's documents when she brings her great grandmother's document to certify who lived in Rustenburg? The service is rather poor. No remorse for important matters. Even with her daughter's certificate, you didn't want to certify her documents. How do you guys work? Come on man. Douglasdale Police Station Horrible Experience
What disgusting service I received at this police station. My phone got ******, for insurance purposes I had to get a case number. I went in, in the afternoon filled in my affidavit stood in one line to be told that I cannot write in Blue pen I have to restart the line and write in a black pen of which I did. Upon completing this I was told to call after 18H00 to receive my case number. I called at around 19H00 and was told that it is not yet ready I must call in the morning. I just made a call now at 10H00 and was told my affidavit has been sitting on the desktop nobody has captured it, to my frustration I then explained how *********** they are Sgt Malesa then was extremely rude to me telling me to open my ears, she wasn't here yesterday so she doesn't know anything, instead of humbly doing her job and apologising, then saying she will capture it and I must call in later (much to my even further delay!) Is this how Douglasdale Police Station Serves and protects its' people? I am extremely appalled.

Douglasdale Police Station - Overall good service
Following on my previous review of Douglasdale police station, i have had need to go in there a few times in the past week. The reception desk and staff remains unwelcoming, however I have had excellent and efficient service from all of the other police staff on duty. Constable (?) Mabe was particularly friendly and helpful. The communication of the case number and follow up call by the instigating officer were also both efficient. Thank you and keep striving to even higher service levels.

Horrible horrible service. One person helping people even to just certify you have to be on the same line. This makes ZERO sense. Very disappointed by the service here!!!! Don’t waste your time coming to this police station unless you plan on sleeping here to get your ID Certified

Horrible horrible service. One person helping people even to just certify you have to be on the same line. This makes ZERO sense. Very disappointed by the service here!!!! Don’t waste your time coming to this police station unless you plan on sleeping here to get your ID Certified

*******ion, police brutality
I have experienced assault, police brutality on this day 22nd of February 2024 I was arrested for so called resisting arrest by Sokhatsha this police officer assaulted me from the place of the arrest and to the police station when we got to the police he spoke to his commander which I have forgot the lady's name, she is Indian, ****** and *******, Sokhatsha continued to best inside of the police station in presence of his station commander this is the dirty south africa we live in it so scary that all of them combined can ruin your life your future and career by them being ******* I have been advised to open a case of assault against the Sergent Sokhatsha but I have a feeling they will throw the case away since he is working with his station commander

Incompetence and lazy
You would probably end up six feet under before you managed to do anything a Douglasdale police station. The attitude and service is outrageous. I was being assisted by. Constable Kwinde who spent his time rocking on his chair and yawning. Every question was answered in distain. He 3ventually got up and let with out completing my report when he saw a college going out with a number of shotguns. How can we trust in these officers. The level of incompetence is baffling
