I have been waiting for my delivery for weeks. When I track on the app, it shows it arrived in South Africa almost 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting. Worst courier service company ever!!!!!! They also don't answer calls or reply to emails. So frustrated. So muchomey that I've wasted on the item they were supposed to deliver.

I have never been soo disgusted with a courier services in all my life last week they sent me a parcel i did not order, the parcel i received from the outside it is just a plain bag front and back with no details of mine and the company i ordered from when i opened my parcel i was utterly shocked to find LETTERS! LETTERS!! containing information i know nothing about when i did go back to the courier company HPS courier that delivered the parcel they gave me their office number from George and i don't remember the lady's name but she was soo rude and told me to deal with it she can't do anything about it and all i asked for is just the slip that i signed for to prove and to apply for my refund from the company i ordered from i swear the next time i hear Dpex i will throw up

I have published my review about this company 7days ago thinking that they will come back to me and explain what happened to my parcel ,this company doesn't care about people they must just shut down the business and start over again clearly they don't know what they are doing. There's no phone call that I have got after coming to this platform that explains what happened to my parcel that is in their offices for more than a month now and when I try to contact Johannesburg office ,they have put their phones on hold .

I have published my review about this company 7days ago thinking that they will come back to me and explain what happened to my parcel ,this company doesn't care about people they must just shut down the business and start over again clearly they don't know what they are doing. Ordered a parcel from Game. The incompetent driver from DPD didn't knock or ring the bell because he is too lazy to breathe I guess. And instead dropped my parcel on the blue bins on bin day like a complete idiot. So the trash people took my parcel. DPD refuse to contact the seller and get n new parcel to me even though it is completely their fault. They are all utterly useless!!!

<p>One of their delivery men were just here this morning at our office to deliver a large package for one of our female employees. </p> <p>She asked him to please carry the package downstairs to her car as she can’t carry it alone.</p> <p>He hesitated and complained that he has to walk up and down the stairs in a very rude manner.</p> <p>Our employee had to hold the door open and ask him various times to please carry the package for her, he still hesitated and eventually picked it up.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very unproffesional and quite unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggest that you review to your employees what customer service should be like, because you do not treat a woman, nor a customer this way.</p>

My parcel was shipped from China by a friend through DPEX and was due for delivery on 31 August 2015 by DPE as their forwarding company in South Africa. DPE demanded that I pay them an administration fee of R100 to deliver the parcel to me, despite the fact that I have already paid USD 40 for DPEX to courier from China to SA. According to Sasha Keeble from DPE, she advised in writing that DPE has resorted to charging R100 for deliveries to meet their overheads as it is costly to do deliveries locally on behalf of DPEX. It is extremely shocking that DPE has resorted to unfair business practices to stay afloat instead of cancelling a contract with DPEX. It is beyond reasonable why consumers should bear the financial burden incurred by DPE as a result of a contractual agreement concluded between itself and DPEX. DPEX should pay DPE for local deliveries and the consumer. This is an unfair business practice, and I urge all consumers who are affected to lodge their complaints with the Regulator- ICASA (Consumer Affairs Department) 011 566 3000/ [Email Removed] If companies cant stay afloat, they should consider other business ventures than to resort to such a disgusting practice.

I bought something on bidorbuy and was assured by the seller that he would send it overnight from Durban to Cape Town on the 28th of May so that I would receive it the next day.<br> It is now the evening of Monday 1June and according to Dpe Couriers tracking, my parcel only left their premises at 17.45 today.<br> why did I pay for overnight?<br> Sloppy service!!!!!
