Definitely do not recommend

Hi<br> <br> Had an appointment yesterday at 12 middday.<br> When we got there the receptionist said doc is going to be 30 mins late. <br> I thought well you could have called us and informed us.<br> We then waited until 2.05pm for the doctor. over 2 hours!<br> <br> Before going in I said to the receptionist that I am unwilling to pay 900 for the appointment (a 20-50% discount should be given) due to the 2 hr wait.<br> Appointment last about 15 mins and receptionist went to speak to the doc &amp; comes back and says we have to pay 900 cos doc was held up due to a valid reason.<br> <br> I DO NOT dispute the reason, maybe someones life was at stake - understandable - BUT I do dispute charging a patient the full 900 for a short 15 min consult EVEN THOUGH they waited 2 hours. That is my issue.<br> <br> I am in the education and hospitality industry and this attitude of the doctor was unacceptable.
