Listed on credit beuro after account settled in full

Good day,I would like to address my issue with you.I have had two accounts with this organisation in the last three years,I have run into financial difficulties and was only in a position a month ago to sort out.I have received calls to pay of which I didn't because I didn't have the money when I received the money I called the legal department and asked for settlement,a consultant assisted me and further provided me with the references and the amounts,she further told me that one has obtained judgement and if I pay both,she will contact court and stop proceedings.I have been liaising with her after the payment which she provided me a paid up letter with both references stated,she then copied me in.mails to beuros to have the rescission escalated,in the time of our communication I spoke to her as she said she did what she could and that I should have baldy paid my account when it was due and all these problems would have not raised,she raised her voice I raised my voice and she cut the call,to me she is incompetent with her duty,I then spoke to her manager who didn't help me and called me a racist as I said you staff spoke to me raising her voice like she is talking to a Irishmen,which I think cos he is coloured he took offense to that,I got no joy and spoke to the practice manager,she escalated and provided me details of the situation which she sent me proof off of which at that time the matter of concern was to Remove my name of on account and ensure that they retract the document from court...this has happened within month as I was in a huge process of acquiring finance from absa...so I let the week pass for things to update and go to the bank today,and they bring to my attention that I have a new judgement,something that I paid up 2 weeks ago with full proof,and I have a battle with ppl in that organisation that still screams and shouts knowingly they are at fault,I will be going their tomorrow and really need your help in this matter.
