Op cancelled due to disgusting customer service

I have just received a disgustingly rude call from Pinkie, threatened to cancel my operation for the sake of R7000 and due to a mix up on your end with incorrect code on admission, I have had medical aid and gap cover for a very long time and never had a issue, all invoices have been sent to gap cover and am awaiting feedback, had a few false promises of payment but still awaiting. I could pay the R 7000 without a issue but will not be held to ransom. To be questioned why I have so many numbers is none of her business, for the record I travel a lot and have 5 number's that I use in different regions, I own my own cellular bpo business, I will get a copy of the call made by her and will be taking this further, utterly disgusted by her actions. So I will stay with a dislocated finger due to the ignorance and darn right disrespect of Pinkie Great service, well done
