Disgusting Customer Service

Disguising treatment from this Dentist. Due to being misinformed by his staff regarding cost and payment, I was sent an R8000 bill for a permanent crown fitting. I arranged with accounts 3 days before the appointment, a payment arrangement. 5 Minutes before my app accounts called to say that he has stopped all treatment. The arrangement was unacceptable to him. Not acceptable on any level!
