Urgent Request to Stop Incorrect Traffic Ticket SMS Notifications
Good day, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the SMS notifications I have been receiving about traffic tickets allegedly issued in Cape Town for July 2025. I would like to clarify that I have not travelled to Cape Town in the past four years, and the last time I visited, I travelled by flight. Since March 2025, I have been using public transport because my personal vehicle is damaged. I have also never owned a Mazda vehicle, yet the messages I receive refer to a Mazda. These notices are clearly not intended for me. I kindly request that your office urgently investigates and locates the rightful owner of the vehicle linked to these tickets. I do not owe any traffic fines in Cape Town, and these repeated messages amount to unnecessary harassment. Please correct your records as soon as possible and ensure that I no longer receive these incorrect SMS notifications. Thank you for your assistance.

Message was sent to Hellopeter about my account no 001005251. Increase of rates with R296.19 without evaluation of my property. Ms. l. Uithaler acknowledged Receipt of my complaint. The query was refered to the revenue Dept at DBNLM without any feedback to me. I have to pay my account before 16th Aug. My account was not rectified. I will not pay my account unless they rectify the rates on my property because my property was never evaluated by DBNLM.

The monthly rates on my property increased with more than R200 My house was never evaluated
The monthly rates on my property increased with more than R200 My house was never evaluated. The dispute forms was not available at Jansenville Municipality untill today. I will not pay the increased amount. I did sent Ms Gerber an email to rectify my account before I can make a payment I will report this matter to the Presidential Hotline for investigation From : James Goldie 5 Somerset Street 6265 Im are also available on 084587574.
