Overall, on our first appointment we were so impressed with Dr Ngele, such a friendly doctor and made us feel at ease. After a month that my son has been on prescribed medication his symptoms is still the same - as a mother I am concerned and requested the Receptionist that I would like to speak to Dr. After 2 weeks and after a phone call that I told her I really want to speak to Dr - absolutely NO call. I have questions and my expectations is that I want to speak to the Dr to get clarification, to be HEARD and to be assisted. The Receptionist send me a message on behalf of the Dr, but that is NOT what I need - I want to talk to him as I have concerns and questions - a message will not do. It took them a week and half to help me with a motivational letter that I can forward to the medical aid for the meds to be put on chronic. It is disappointing knowing that you have a request and your money is good enough for a visit but do not expect after service at all - don't expect to get a call from a Dr if you are worried and have questions. I wonder if the shoe was on the other foot - if your child is not feeling well and not getting better - would you like to get answers? Of am I expecting too much as a parent and as patient??? Point is - Dr Ngele might be a great Dr, I wouldn't know - if the fault is with his reception or if it is him that doesn't want to do effort to talk to patients, I don't know.... but the after service is disappointing!
