UTTERLY DISSAPOINTING DR DU PREEZ AND ATTORNEYS!!!!!!

<p>Myself was in an motor accident during September 2014 .Dr Du Preez operate on me in Highveld Mediclinic Trichard and transferred me to Unitas Hospital in Centurion Afterwards To Dr Du Plessis to operate on my back. I received accounts from Unitas Hospital and Dr Du Plessis for short payments made by my medical aid,but because it was an fracture it was handled as a PMB case and the medical aid,after several e-mails,paid the accounts in full!!!I never received an account,telephone call or e-mail from Dr Du Preez..On 28/01/2015 I received a letter from Cohen,Cronje & van Der Walt Ingelyf Attorneys from Bethal stating that I owe Dr Du Preez R2764.96.I phoned Dr Du Preez's offices and explain I never received any outstanding amount from them...I Made an arrangement to pay R200.00 pm and they agree as per letter dd 09/03/2015. After 3 payment I received on 28/05/2015 a letter served by the Balju dated 18/05/2014????????????After several telephonic conversations they admitted it was a error and that I could keep on paying off. Then I received a Plaintiff from Jordaan & Coetzer Attorneys from Secunda that judgement has been granted against me on 27/07/2015 for R2764.96 plus costs plus 9% interest from 13/06/2015 and that I must pay within 10days-Can you beleive the cheeck???I visited Jordaan & Coetzer attorneys in Secunda with all my letters and proof of payments. What confuses me the most was that there was 2 Attorneys working om my case for the same Dr Du Preez.Cohen,Cronje & Van der Walt in Bethal and Jordaan & Coetzer Attorneys in Secunda???Dr Du Preez Staff dealing with the accounts were very incompetent and was also confused at one stage....The account was settled in full on 29/01/2016....Today I applied for an Overdraft at my bank just to hear it was b&een declined due to a Judgement against my name and guess who it was????Yes,Dr Du Preez...I was so furious and actually dissapointed...They NEVER removed my Judgement against me.I felt like a criminal-I NEVER experience something like that in my whole life.I am a honest,reliable young man which met all of my commitments in the past....Proof of documentation can be faxed through on demand.</p>
