Disappointed and disgusted
I made a 3pm appointment with Dr De Vet in Florida North because you need to make an appointment, they don't take walk in's. I arrived on time and filled out the necessary documentation and waited, by 3:15 the doctor wasn't there and the receptionist didn't say anything about him running late. At 15:30 there was still no doctor and no work from the receptionist who had bothered to let the other patients, all white Afrikaans speaking that the doctor had stepped out because he had just finished his morning rounds (This I know because I was with an Afrikaans speaking friend). Why did she see the need to inform them and not me? Safe to say I will never set foot there again. I don't know the doctor, I have never met him, I was a new patient but he must consider getting a new receptionist.
