Worst experience ever
Had a horrible experience with her. She messed up my operation and I had to undergo the same operation a month later but went to a different Dr. She was rude and hurt me badly. Said I shouldn’t be a sissy while another patient complained in the waiting room because of lack of pain killers. Rather go so another Dr

Do not recommend
Incredibly poor bedside manner. Constantly 2hrs behind on appointments. Does not listen to you and waits at the door for you to leave immediately after she finishes the scan, not interested in any questions you might have. I have a back injury 22 weeks pregnant and she gave me bogus advice. Currently not able to get out of bed or even walk to the toilet. When I asked if there is anything she can do to help was told to book a chiropractor. Very disappointed as her reviews were actually quite good. As a first time parent I would not recommend her.

Refund
I have made a payment for a consultation with Dr L Freislich of R500.00 in advance of the appointment as my medical aid ran out. On the 16th May 2019 I have send her the first email to cancel my appointment for the 23 July 2019 and refund me the R500.00 that I have paid in advance. I made 2 phone calls after the email of the 17th May 2019 to follow up on the refund. I was told by the nurse at the consulting rooms when I phoned that they will refund the money on the 29th May 2019. No refund was done and I have send another email on the 03 June 2019 and I still did not get a reply or a refund. I am in financial difficulty and I need that refund urgently.

3months for a dr's appointment
After making an appointment 3 months ago for 10:30 today, j got told i will have to wait another 3 hours to see the doctor. Very unacceptable!!! Their phones also just ring with no answer. Who has time to wait 3 hours if u had an appointment. Someone could of just phoned me to say listen - can u pls come in later so we can assist you! #noservice

3months for a dr's appointment
