Uncaring doctor

My 87 year old mum in law was rushed to this doctors surgery at around 2pm therr were just 2 patients in the surgery The receptionist actually helped my husband and I to take my mum in law After 15 minutes we were told the doctor cannot attend to her as we had not made an appointment Never in my life have I come accross such an arrogant doctor He stood in the middle of the surgery and told his staff he blames them for even admitting us in This is my mum in laws family doctor
