I called to make an appointment and was told that they only accept walk ins as appointments are full. I came in only for them to tell me they not taking any patients, in a rudely manner at that! No apology was offered for the inconvenience just told to turn back with no explanation and/or alternative. This isn’t the first horrible experience I’ve experienced at this place as if we don’t pay money!

Im giving this a one, because zero doesn't exist, they this this rude ugly arrogant man who works at the urine center by the toilets, that guy is the most arrogant, and a ***** ,l wonder hows he managed to survive that long working for that institution .the receptionist superintelligent l give her 5 stars she so good and caring, Dr at room 3 excellent work brother 5 stars to you too.

The service here is a bit poor. Firstly, they lie and say a doctor is fully booked - when that’s not particularly the case. I was waiting to see another doctor when I preferred seeing Hira, and i was told he is fully booked with no walk in availability. I get here and i hear a different story being told to a different patient. Why lie? Or if it’s subject to anything, why not disclose that? Additionally, what’s the point of booking an appointment if i will still have to wait for everyone else before i can get assistance? If I communicate that I am 3 minutes behind time and enquire if i will have to queue behind everyone else, why tell me “NO YOU WONT HAVE TO - I WILL INFORM THE DOCTOR” when that’s not the case? Lastly, why must patients call a practice 2 times before the call can be answered? There’s too many inconsistencies at this practice and it’s not pleasant, especially to the client. Please, do better and realign as a practice. As a long term patient? I’m not pleased with the conduct of the practice and it’s seemingly deteriorating by the minute. Please do better.

I received a very bad treatment yesterday (02/09/24)from the lady who was helping me at the reception (dentist ) telling me that I am trying to do ***** because my name is not written on the medical aid card and I explained to her that I haven't received the one that has my name on it and she can even call gems(my medical aid scheme) and confirm that I am the dependant on that medical aid and she refused. I even told her that I have been consulting to Dr Foster n we never had the issue yhoo she chased me away I was so hurt n in pains so I had to Google the nearest dentist n I got help. It's a black lady light in complection and she was wearing a red lipstick) please do something about this before you lose clients as you already lost me.

I have been a patient at this practice for years, originally under the care of Dr. Hira Sr. Unfortunately, the experience with Dr. Minesh has been vastly different. Unlike his father, who was always professional and attentive, Dr. Minesh has been consistently rude and dismissive. His lack of communication and unwillingness to provide proper care and follow-up are deeply disappointing. It's a shame to see the quality of care decline so sharply under his management. This is not the standard of care his father upheld, and I cannot recommend this practice as it currently operates.

I have been a patient at this practice for years, originally under the care of Dr. Hira Sr. Unfortunately, the experience with Dr. Minesh has been vastly different. The place is ****** and lack is the correct service no care for patients or the elderly patients the staff ate rude and dismissive never go here in ur life if I could burn this place down I would they don't deserve to b in the medical industry
