Poor Service and Customer Treatment

My girlfriend went to this practice today, 25 February 2022 at 11am for an adjustment. Her doctor was not in, and the receptionist decided to work on her.

She returned with a cut lip, and her adjustment not being good enough. This is incredibly poor service by this practice. During the appointment, her Dr walked in, and my girlfriend had to ask for her to intervene; no initiative was done.

Truly shocking and poor service.
