Illegitimate listing on ITC

I am being listed on ITC by Dr J Schutte, even after I paid the accounts. I never received the accounts, even after my telephonic request in September last year for all accounts to be e-mailed to me. They only e-mailed one account which I then paid. Yesterday I received an sms and whatsapp from their legal department with the intention to list me. I contacted the accounts department requesting all accounts to be e-mailed to me, which I paid. Strange how they can send me a sms and whatsapp with legal fees and all but cannot contact me to make me aware of the accounts? Now even after the account has been paid, the legal department informed me that they will still list me on ITC. Is it wrong to refuse to pay the legal fees due to their lack of communication? I literally asked for all accounts to be e-mailed to me, and received one account.
