Rudest Receptionist
Since the passing of DR Nelson his wife is still the receptionist. I have never spoken to such a rude lady. She does not want to email me my medical history with DR Nelson as the RAF need it. She always has a problem with me, She thinks she is a DR because I went in one day to see DR Nelson and she said :"DR said he does not want to see you. Please leave."! She had no manners or respect for anyone. Where is the Hippocratic Oath DR Nelson took, not his wife.
