Abusive and neglectful nurses

Awful and verbally abusive nurses! My mother was admitted to the ICU here with lung and breathing issues, had to have her lung drained regularly, use a ventilator etc. (a lung specialist even saw her and confirmed she needed at least a week in ICU). Nevertheless, the nurses claimed she was faking it just to get the drugs. They withheld prescription medication (which included antidepressants) for no reason which is extremely dangerous. Refused to fetch water for the patient, even telling her to "shut up" when she requested water or her medications. She is currently in hysterics, begging us not to leave her here because she's terrified that they will refuse her medication again and leave her to spend the whole night in pain.
