I visited Dr. Manormoney (Roshni) Govender with my 2-year-old child, who had redness around the eye. The doctor prescribed two creams, which I bought and app**** as directed. Unfortunately, these creams made my child's condition worse, leading to pus oozing from the affected area.

When I called the doctor's office to report the worsening condition, I was told that I now need to see a dermatologist. This raises the question of why Dr. Govender prescribed these creams without being certain of the diagnosis. It would have been more appropriate for her to refer us to a dermatologist from the outset, rather than prescribing treatments that exacerbated the problem.

This experience has been highly inconvenient and distressing, not to mention the pain it has caused my child. I am very upset with the approach and ethics of Dr. Govender and cannot recommend her services.
