Don't ever try to complain to them! Firstly you cannot post on their facebook page, you have to send them a message by facebook messenger. Then when you do they do not believe what you say unless you can provide proof of purchase - and who keeps proof of purchase for a frozen product that is kept for when you don't feel like cooking?

Bought x2 pizzas and when I got home, the plastic inside the box had a cut in it. I want then unable to make use of it and had to discard of the damaged item. I sent an email with this information to and feedback to the company. They told me there’s nothing they can do. Extremely disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Have had your pizzas for decades since I was a child. They were awesome and good value for money! I've also had them long enough to realise you've managed to sway people into thinking that the familia pizza is bigger than the pizza you used to serve years ago. Shrinkage is a problem for me as it is deceiving. Also, your Margherita pizzas are still awesome! But I had a few of your new pizzas with toppings such as your butter chicken and, to be honest, it's not a pizza. It has no tomato base and hardly any mozzarella cheese and is really a piece of dry bread with chicken on it. Step up your game and uphold what you used to make as us as a family (especially my 10 year old son) are noticing the changes.

Purchased a Cheesy Nachos 504g pizza at President Hyper Krugersdorp Unfortunately, I had to report a disappointing experience as the base remained soggy, even after baking it for 20 minutes and I had to throw the pizza away. I was then asked several questions by Dr Oetker such as to send a photo of the till slip, a photo of the box, a photo of the product, name the store where the product was bought and take a photo of the best before date which was nowhere to be found on the box. Some of the information was sent to Dr Oetker but I could not provide a copy of the till slip as this was entered into an instore competition when I left the store, I could not provide a photo of the best before date as it was not present on the pizza box and I could not provide a photo of the "baked product" as I threw this away before it was requested. And so Dr Oetker "apologized" to me as they cannot complete an investigation when all the information is not available and apologised for the "inconvenience." As a consumer in difficult times, I was really expecting more from you, Dr Oetker. According to reviews on Hello Peter, there was a similar case where a person sent you an email during 2015 and without question you sent a voucher and had one happy consumer, despite the "inconvenience" she experienced. I wonder why my case would be different Dr Oetker and why your general consumer has to be the "wrong" party unless your consumer can prove they are not wrong ? Having worked for a big FMCG company for many years, I can tell you from experience that denial on your side will not score you any points with your consumers.

I buy this brand for my daughter for her lunch but these "pizza snacks" have almost no cheeze on it. Will definitely not buy these anymore now. I have been disappointed 3 times now.

I purchased 2 packets of Dr. Oetker Ital Pizza Minis at our Pick 'n Pay in Piet Retief over the weekend of the 2nd July. This morning when I opened the Spare Rib & Bacon packet, I was shocked to find that one of the mini pizzas were torn off, and taken from one of the inner packets. This is completely unexpectable, as you pay quite a price for a packet. Unfortunately there is no option of attaching a photo to this review, as I would have liked to attach the pictures I took of the batch number, the torn packet, and how the packet should look like when it's sealed.
