unprofessional conduct

Dr Pamela Mtshali is a psychiatrist and my daughter had to wait over a week before she send the medication prescription to the chemist and only after an angry phone call she took action, but unfortunately it was full of mistakes, but we did get the invoice on the same day. This is very *********** and the patient was more stressed out after this episode than before she went for a consultation, not the right place to go if you need help.
