Refusal to complete insurance claim forms for patient he operated on.

Friday 19 February 2021 my aunt phoned Ayesha receptionist for Dr.Resham Atwaru to complete an Insurance claim forms. We emailed the claim o forms on the same day for the Dr Atwaru's office to complete. More than 4 months down the line the forms are not completed yet. My aunt is calling on a daily basis for the completion of the forms as she needs the money. Dr Atwaru was paid R650 000 by the medical aid but refuses to complete the insurance forms.
