DR RM Howlett submitting claims incorrectly and they are costing the patients money

Everytime my family and I go to Kingsway hospital for medical assitance, we are seen by a doctor from RM Howlett and co.the same thing happens everytime we go there.we are admitted into hospital , but Dr RM Howlett submit a claim saying that we was not admitted and discovery takes out funds from my day to day funds. My wife was admitted into hospital last Friday and they did the same thing. I called them and told them to resubmit , which they agreed to do, but they didn't resubmit. My daughter was admitted into hospital yesterday and they did the same thing. I am sick and tired of them. Im not sure why kingway hospital choses to use them. I want this to be resolved or I will report them
