Disgusting service!
disgusting service!! No proper explanation After asking numerous times how much longer we needed to wait for the doctor. They allowed people before us that came after us. Took note as i sat there for three hours that they let the cash payers first then the medical aid patients. money hungry doctors. Do not recommend this surgery!

Highly disappointed in their service
I am very disappointed with the service I'm getting from Dr Rossouw in kraaifontein, as doctors they should know better than what they are doing. To them my health and life is just a game or a way of making money. Not sure if this is what they do to all their patients or is it a racial thing

I am very disappointed with the service I'm getting from Dr Rossouw in kraaifontein, as doctors they should know better than what they are doing. To them my health and life is just a game or a way of making money. Not sure if this is what they do to all their patients or is it a racial thing

WORST PRACTICE IN KRAAIFONTEIN ,MONEY HUNGRY , UNEMPHATIC SERVICES!!!
One of the WORST experiences of my life ,left me nothing but traumatized - Non Compassionate and money hungry service from the receptionist to the HEAD Doctor. I went in and was told devastating news , given medication to clear it up and it never worked when I called the Doctor to let her know that the medication had not worked and I was in a worse predicament than before, I was told to pay an additional R350 for something that was 1 - diagnosed incorrectly 2 - Treated incorrectly or "go to the chemist and fix it". Thank the living Lord I went for a 2nd opinion 5DAYS LATER and was RUSHED TO HOSPITAL FOR EMERGENCY SURGERY FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD'VE COSTED ME MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! I emailed the head Dr and STILL TO THIS DAY NO RESPONSE. Im absolutely disgusted in this practice and will NEVER recommend anyone go there as they are all about Money and do not care for your well being in the slightest bit , from the receptionist to the HEAD DOCTOR HIM/HERSELF!!!! Will definitely be taking this matter further as their negligence nearly costed me my life.

Day light robbery
I was last week at dr rossouws office to get a stitch on my son's head... Paid R750.00 and told me i need to bring him back in a weeks time to take out the stitches... Now a week later they tell me i must pay another R450.00 to take out the stiches... That is day light robbery i will never ever go back there

Please take note of your bills from this service provider.
I know we need essential services from doctors, but we they charge you for something when no service was rendered, we have a problem. Not normally one that checks my statement in detail, I notice that I have been charged a full consultation when I was just collecting a letter as instructed by the doctor prior to my previous visit the day before. I send the head doctor a email to address my problem, it's been a week and no response from anyone. I feel robbed and not angry as this might happen again and again everytime I visit. Time to change my doctor.
