Dr. S. G. Smit from the Linmed Hospital

I went to see the Linmed (Benoni) Physician, on the 24/05/2019 for a check up on my heart, it's now the 27/06/2019, I have not yet received my Heart X-Rays, Blood Tests, EEG and ECG exams, this is my heart and i haven't heard a peep from them The physician i went to see is a DR S.G.
