Non-existent aftercare service at Dr. Salim Choonara

I had an appointment with Dr. Choonara on 24 Oct 2023. He is very kind and thorough and no doubt an excellent doctor in the field of Urology. It is the aftercare, however, which was lacking in my case. I had to follow up with reception weekly to obtain the script for the extra recommended medication, which I eventually received on 1 Dec 2023, and which was not a repeat, but only for one month, which means I have to email monthly for a new script. It is now 30 Jan 2024 and I still don't have the follow-up appointment at a specific doctor which was recommended for my specific case. The practice was going to make the appointment for me, but eventually, I was given a telephone number for this doctor, but when I phoned the person who answered did not know what I was talking about. I have phoned and emailed Dr. Choonara's reception since and have now given up. I will have to find a new Urologist to assist with my problem.
