Below is the email I sent to Dr SE Malatji (Pr No: ********** ) complaining but he never responded. I then called him he was so unethical he even hanged up on me after telling me its not his problem that I have a cheap medical aid. I would like to get an assistance especially with the fact that he charged me for collecting a medical certificate he couldn't give to the on the same I was there for consultation. when I called him I tried to tell him that I was not there for follow up but to get the medical certificate, his response was he has no control over technology (they didn't give me the letter on the consultation day because the printer was not working).

I am writing this email with disappointment, frustration and anger. On Tuesday the 25th of September 2018 I came for baby Kgosiyame Gqamane consultation, I waited for close to 3 hours to see you but when it was finally my turn to come you had to go out and sort something with someone else of which I don't, I then had to sit in your consultation room waiting for you to come back. When you finally came back you checked Kgosiyame's chest and you just said you gonna inject him and then I asked why you said cause he's got an infection. While I was still trying to tell you more about whats wrong with him, you received a phone with regards to subscribing for something, I sat there waiting for to finish with the call but by the time you put the phone down, you received a video and you started playing the video next thing I knew you called in your nurse to go and inject the baby.
Now Dr Malatji after such a terrible service I received it was time to get the medication and the medical certificate. I was given the same medication I got when I brought Kgosiyame for diarrhea, now that made me more frustrated baby Kgosiyame was coughing and he is still coughing and his nose is still blocked, after spending four hours in your offices I didn't get help nor did I get medication. Baby Kgosiyame is still sick and I don't know whats wrong with cause no one told me what was wrong with him.
I asked for a medical certificate since I had taken a day off to take him to the doctor but I was told the printer doesn't I should come back the following day. When I come in Yesterday the 26 of September 2018 The front desk lady told I should sign to be charged for yesterday, now that does not make sense because yesterday I didn't consult, I just came to collect the medical certificate that I was supposed to get on Tuesday. I am not happy with the service I received and I am not willing to pay a consultation fee just for collecting a medical certificate. It wouldn't be fair to be charged for a service I didn't receive.
