Ridiculous bill for a piece of paper

I was charged R116 for a repeat script print out which i have been receiving for 2 years and not once was I asked to pay for (How do you justify that amount for a piece of paper that takes less than 2 minutes to print??) I was not informed before hand about a payment when i asked for a script from my doctor and now I have been handed over to attorneys that are charging me double the amount and threatening me with blacklisting. I never received any form of communication that I was being handed over. I am very disappointed with this as ive been a patient at the Glenfair Intercare for many years.
