Dr Susan Honiball Intercare Cape Gate

She is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life!!!! She treated my mom of 84 years with the utmost disrespect!!! Refiused to inform me (her daughter) of anything regarding my mom. Left messages to please contact me regarding my mom's heartcondition, for 4 days. Had to get another doctor that treated my mom at the previous hospital before she was transferred to Intercare for physio (step down facility) to please contact me urgently because she was not aware of my mom's bloodpressure or heartcondition. When she eventualky spoke to me and realized the seriousness of the matter she transferred my mom to Cape Gate Medi Clinic. When my mom asked her if she could please just inform me of the transfer, she slammed on the bedtrolley with her fists and leterilly shouted at my mom "No, why should I do that? She is not your boss!!!! My mom is 84 years old!!!! Of course she would want me to know where they are moving her to!!! THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS WOMAN!!!! She should not be allowed to work with any patients!!!! Keep your family and loved ones away from her!!!!!
