Doctors at goodwood mall

We were today at Dr Van Rooyen in the goodwood mall. What a bad experience we had. It started off with the most rudeist reception. They dnt have a idea how to speak to customers . Uterly disgisted. We were 40 min in the waiting room wating for the doctor and when asked whats happening the attitude we got. I am takeing my famaily away from these dotors rooms. We had to ask the rude reception to why they do not sanatize the chairs. Its only fair to sanatize the chairs after a client sat on it. Why can they not do it. As they test covid paients. They put people at risk. This is not the first time we are experencing this service. One can not speak to the docters at all cause they say they are tooo busy..
