Losing Clients Because of Bad Receptionist

Never have i been treated like this in my life! Arrived at the reception and asked the lady if there is a spot as my 2year old has a bad cough and had me worries. the lady rudely replied with NO WE ARE FULL and simply carried on with her work - even the people sitting in the waiting room stretched their eyes. I wonder how many clients these doctors are loosing because of that one lady at reception.
