Dr Chiman, Viresh Manilal - Psychiatrist Akeso Parktown
1. Dr Viresh Manilal Chiman and his assistant Angek never answers their phones for bookings or monthly scripts 2. Dr. Viresh Manilal Chiman and his assistant Angel never responds to messages 3. Angel his assistant, does not assist clients, she ignores calls and also ignores client WhatsApps 4. Angel (his assistant) drops calls when contacting her and will request you send a WhatsApp, which she will also ignore when trying to make a booking. 5. Angel (Dr. Chimans assistant) does not make bookings when asked to do so, she will ask you to remind her and only ignore you when you remind her. 6. Angel (Dr. Chimans assistant) will ignore calls and messages for monthly scripts. If you care about your mental health, do not even think of contacting Dr. Viresh Manilala Chiman and his team. I have inevitably worsened in mental health as Dr. Viresh Chiman and his assistant Angel do not care about the mental health of their clients but they are very quick to take your R800.00 for sessions that don't even last for more than 5 minutes. I would not recommend anyone who has mental health issues to Dr. Viresh Manilal Chiman. They say he is the best and he is good, but the reception is so poor that you will lose your mind, making the "assistance" you get basically useless. If you value your money and your mental health.. do not listen to anyone who recommends you to Dr. Viresh Manilal Chiman or to Angel. And I hope anyone else who has had an issue with this team to also please help avoid those who are in desperate need to this team.
