harassment

My son was admitted in may then last we i get an email from the Dr with an unpaid invoice i rep**** to the email to ask if medical aid has given them any reason for rejection. and they didn't reply. after calling and receiving a bad service or poor explanation. they started harassing me with smses, claiming that am abusing their staff members. the attitude from the staff members is bad.
