I only gave them one star because I can't give them 0 or negative. Their product database is inadequate and the amount of product they stock for a world-class brand (Giant Bicycles) is disgraceful. They seem to be unable to dispatch goods within any semblance of a reasonable time, I ordered an article and the carrier forgot to collect it but nobody worked it out until I complained (just one example) and their communication is at best pathetic but normally non-existent. I will be writing to Giant Bicycles to tell them how bad their distributor is.

I Bought a 2020 Giant TCR Pro 1 and I received my bike on the 8th of March 2021. On the 3rd of July 2021 I took my front wheel to LBS. While removing the tires with lever, sliding it to the side a piece of the Carbon broke off. Doing further inspection and asking some of my friends to have a look at the damage we notice that a part of the rim had carbon on that wasn't smooth like the rest of the rim. Which in my option is clearly a manufacturing default. According to Michael who I spoke to this was caused by a tire lever which someone supposedly did an error with. But just looking at the photos you can clearly see that the carbon is not as the rest of the rim. So after waiting for almost 4 weeks for a response they just say that they don't want to send an inquiry to Giant head office. I had Carbon wheels on my previous bikes and many of my friends got carbon wheels on their bikes, after many years of changing tires and tubes on those rims nothing like this has ever happened. So I am stunned that I am just shown away with no help or assistance of any kind from you. I am looking into sending this info through to Giant's head office as this is very unacceptable to me as a client. I only had this bike for just over 4 months now and I already have trouble without any assistance from you as distributor. I will definitely not convince any of my friends to ever consider Giant with the lack of understanding that I received from you as a company.
