Vehicle Accident

In August 2015 I was involved in my first accident. My vehicle was parked in a parking lot when a Company Truck namely Drain Blasters Reversed into my parked vehicle. Damages include a cracked windscreen,bumper,fender,grill,headlights. I called the company and reported what had happened they then said it will be sorted out by the insurance I should not worry, I followed the correct procedure took down vehicle details and company details and proceeded to laying a accident case at the police station. It has been more then a month ago and the company has not given me any feedback regarding the accident I am sending constant emails and phone calls requesting any feedback. Instead they are querying damages to my vehicle that was caused by a TRUCK saying certain damages cannot be caused by this accident. I.E windscreen and headlights. This is totally unacceptable for a business to act in such a unprofessional manner. Pictures have been taken of the vehicle and I now need to get my Vehicle Assessed yet AGAIN to prove these damages.
