Stay away!
I would give negative stars if it were possible.Wasted my time and money. They were recommended by Estate Manager to do a leak test and charged significantly for this. On their recommendation on were the leak was, opened the wall to find no leak! Back and forth with bull**** stories and they do not reply to request for refund. Utterly disgusting. Now I have to pay to repair something that wasn't a problem. Stay away.

Running away from damage control!
This company has bad workmanship and is very unreliable. They fitted a geyser for me last year and this year there was a leak that damaged my ceiling. I called them back to come fix the issue and replace my damaged ceiling because after they came to check, they discovered that the guys that had changed the geyser didn’t do proper installation which ultimately caused the leak. They have been giving me the run around for months constantly telling me they’re waiting for claim from their insurance. Would never use them again or refer them to anyone else.

Running away from damage control!

Over charged
Got the guys from drainsure to detact a leak in my house. They gave me a quotation and I decided to pay them the full amount. After leak detecting, they had to come and fix the leak. Received two invoice for leak detecting and repairs, instead of the company subtracting the amount I had paid and only charge me the balance for repairs they over charged with an amount of R685. Since the beginning of May, I have tried many times making a follow up on my refund but everyone at the company ignores my emails. Spoke to Marietjie, whom now has left the company. Spoke to Shaun who said his partner Werner would be making payment into my account. It is now the 1st of July and I am still waiting.
