A bunch of *******

I was in the process of applying for debt review removal. Then due to other obligations I couldn't continue. I haven't signed any forms yet just did the mandate. Then decided to cancel. Thinking I will do it at a later stage. They still deducting 1600 from my account and not canceling my mandate. Saying I must pay cancelation fees. For doing what? They taking money from my account that I'm really in need of. This is a company that's supposed to help people. And look what they are doing
