DreamHost | An Absolute Nightmare!

I am HORRIFIED at the fact that I just figured out why I haven't been receiving ANY orders over the last 2-3 months. The PHP email servers on ALL of my WordPress sites don't work. I submitted test orders on each of the 3 WP sites to test and NONE have been received via email.

I have literally lost thousand of dollars worth of orders because of this! When I first moved from GreenGeeks to DreamHost via their migration plugin, I tested all the order forms on each site and they all worked. Since then something went wrong as none of them now work! It is the error of the DreamHost servers side as nothing was modified on my side!

I have sent Dreamhost multiple emails, but they don't respond. That says ALOT about their service! BEWARE!
