FAILING ON PROMISE TO DELIVER

Good day I got William to give me a quote for stacker doors, paid a 50% deposit, he promised that he would fit the doors on 18.9.2024, last night i sent him a message he did not respond, he whats up number is off, i tried calling the number on the quotation , that number is off as well. I requested a copy of ID and company docs which he has promised to send me, He is just not responding to my message. Please do not use this company, i wan to go public with him .. I pray that i have not lost my R10 000. I have been let down by my builder who has also absconded with my money THIS WAS HIS RESPONSE YESTERDAY
