No reply to my querie for a quote on high end pc

Worst customer service on the African continent..Contacted them in regards to a quote for a high end computer..was told that they would reply asap when they open...No one rep****..I send messages on whatsapp agian asking them to reply and they dont ..they are not interested in building high end computers only selling small parts to random people..I dont understand how this company has such good reviews when they dont even reply to me ...So i am assuming all the reviews are ****..or its family and friends of this company..it says that they have an average response time of 0.3 hours such a lie...First time tring to buy from them and its a disgrace I want a custom build high end pc..but no body works their..stay away from these people they dont seem like they can quote or build computers ..If they can reply to me I will take this review off..but i am frustrated because other south african companies have rep**** to me quite quickly..and they dont even have good reviews like dreamware tech..so yeah people i dont trust this company and their **** reviews ..or they just have real *** sales reps
