Fantastic service
Drill Direct were exceptional in their service. They worked within my budget and timeliness and were efficient and knowledgeable in their service and advice. The owner and manager, Abdullah, gave us suitable options and recommendations for every aspect to achieve a successful outcome. Will 100% recommend their services to anyone looking for proficient and excellent borehole drilling and setup.

Fantastic service

Great Experience
Excellent service received from Drill Direct. I have to commend them on their professionalism and knowledge of the work they do. I received excellent advice and the work done was top notch. Pricing was also better than other companies. Happy to recommend Drill Direct for all your borehole needs.

Drill Direct SA are unqualified borehole crooks
They were paid in full to drill a borehole that collapsed a month after the drill. They did not sleeve the borehole as per what was committed and paid for which upon investigation, was confirmed by the amount of pipes used for sleeving as seen on our CCTV footage. Abdullah does not answer calls or messages. They messed us around for more than a year and eventually I got another company to drill a new borehole. Drill Direct SA is not registered with BW SA and they did not issue a COC. Do not use this company, they are crooks! Pathetic service, pathetic ethics!

Terrible company to deal with
Do not use this company. They do not follow industry norms and standards which resulted in 3 boreholes collapsing and the ground becoming too unstable to drill again. After agreeing to a settlement they are 5 months overdue with the payments. Unprofessional as well. Do not return calls or respond to messages. They will say they are coming on a particular day and time and then do not pitch.

Do not use this company Drill Direct SA
If anyone is planning on drilling a borehole do not use a company called Drill Direct SA www.drilldirect.co.za Rather use another company that knows what they doing. Their customer service is appalling. Over a one year period with 4 drill attempts I still do not have a functioning borehole due to their negligence and lack of expertise. They then do not answer your call and give you the run around when trying to resolve the issue to come to an amicable solution.
