Dripflix must be a **** it has been 2weeks since I ordered from them to this day they are not communicating

I bought two pair of sneakers with them on the 25th May and i haven't gotten anything.I still communicate with them but they keep giving false delivery dates...every time i check on them with the delivery they tell me to wait 3-5 days and its been more than 7 weeks now.These guys are ****mers.Period. The worst part they won't even refund your money.

I bought two pair of sneakers with them on the 25th May and i haven't gotten anything.I still communicate with them but they keep giving false delivery dates...every time i check on them with the delivery they tell me to wait 3-5 days and its been more than 7 weeks now.These guys are ****mers.Period. The worst part they won't even refund your money.

Last year in October I was told that Dril sneakers are on sale, and I jumped on that, I bought 2pairs of sneakers and they asked me to send delivery cash as I reside in Cape Town and they are in Johannesburg. They never deliver my sneakers to date, I have been in contact with them since then, they promised to send the parcel, and they never did. I want the whole world to know that the guys are soo *****ulent, they are already in difficult times and they still rob the customers of their money.Please spread the word, Drip is ****ed up, and people must never buy from them, especially if you are not from Johannesburg. I am veery angry with Lekau and his people, they always say support black businesses, that is all ****, because they **** us up, now I will never get my sneakers and will never get my money back.. Drip people are all ********s, they still from their ***on customers, hulle naaiers

Disappointed
Dear Drip I'm so Disappointed in you, as the person who loved your brand so much and expected so much from you it's with great sadness that I've lost trust in you. I've won DripSportif Trucksuits last year December, I have all the proof of our communication as a form of screenshots , it marks 10 months or so waiting for the prize, I did follow ups with no success I asked for an alternative since they say Trucksuits are not in the country as yet, they don't have stock(every day story when I do follow up, for the whole 10 months mind you) , please help me get my prize. I've been contacting them recently on Facebook, Instagram and twitter, including Mr Lekau Sehoana with no success . That left me with no option but to post here and seek help. Regards Tumelo

I placed my order 30 January 2024 was supposed to receive it with 7 days but since February I'm begging them to deliver my online shopping, they said they having problems with their courier in March so they now do deliveries via Pep stores I gave them my nearest store address they **** and said they've dispatched my order even days ago they **** after that they ghosting me Gosh I really need help with this company of ****mers, I don't recommend anyone to shop online at Drip worst service ever
