Bad service after making appointment.
I phoned on 19 Dec 2024 to make an appointment for an immune booster. The lady said that i should visit the office on 20th Dec 2024 between 09h00 and 13h00. Upon arrival today on 20th Dec 2024, at the shop it was closed and they don't even answer any phone calls. I asked around at the business next door which told me that they are hardly ever at the offices and everyone is complaining about their service. I Tried again to call them but no answer. I send a message but is was not delivered which means their phones are switched off. Why did they tell me to come in today 20th Dec 2024 if they are not in the offices. The phone number on their website is 071 824 5914. This office is in Bloemfontein, Preller Square Shopping Centre.

Bought sneakers on the 25th Jan 2024, to this day 19th July 2024 still waiting for my order. Opened a case against them for cybercrime and I have found out the person behind this account. Those who purchased goods from this shop can you please come forward in order for the law agencies to have a strong case. my email is mazleeigh@yahoo.com Thanks

"This is all we had"
*** They should not have an online store as they cant deliver - they should not have a shop either as they cant manage that - no phone line / whatsapp lines work - the one employee to the other doesnt know what going on - after we had to go and pick up this Shi&* its was wrong sizes and colours and all they had to say " this is all we had" you spend over 5000 for this never aggain all i have to dsay to people thats thinking of buying at drip just dont - spare your self thr agro and walk away.

Worst experience of my life. Still waiting for my items to be delivered 3 months after ordering. Worst part there is no communication being sent. Their number is always on voice-mail. I think I have been ****med.
