Drivers evaluation results

Good day

I am very disappointed about the service i received from Drivers ed @Campbell House,Campbell Street Waverly. I went on the 29 November 2024 to do my drivers evaluation for uber,i booked and paid R300 still have the receipt. I read they're T's and C's that i signed,states that if fail i will only be allowed to go the evaluation after 2 weeks but i will be sent my results on email.

I haven't received the email today is the 3rd of December 2024,tried sending them several emails but they dont reply.

I am sad and not happy regarding the service i an getting from them.

I just want my results thats all and i will make sure not to use their services again.

Please assist
