Utter disgust in creche owner

What an very aw*** experience and attitude from the owner of this creche that is suppose to take excellent care of our children. Waiting more than 2months for a product I ordered and paid from her. But now it's stories and a very rudr attitude from her. Makes me wonder how my child was treated and on their website it says "Christian principles". Then after asking for the product and standing on my rights this owner of a creche blocks me on whatsapp. I will be taking this further.
